Fitness Reimbursement Program
Famous will reimburse associates $25/month for qualifying fitness activities such as gym memberships. Expenses are submitted and reimbursed quarterly. To submit your reimbursement request, complete the form located on the ADP homepage.
Education Reimbursement Program
Famous Supply values continued education and development. We are happy to invest in associates choosing to pursue further education that results in them being a stronger contributor to the Company. For more information, please see your HR Team.

PHA is a leading physician advocacy organization. Associates are encouraged to utilize this service for healthrelated problems, medical procedures, medication reviews, medical education and guidance, understanding new diagnosis, test results, interpreting doctor verbiage, expediting appointments, and second opinions. This benefit is paid for by Famous.

If you are uncomfortable about a situation, be proactive! Red Flag Reporting is your hotline for fraudulent activity, theft, misconduct, safety violations, and questionable behavior. Optum
Optum Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides up to 5 sessions of free counseling with an experienced consultant per issue each calendar year on issues related to relationship problems, workplace conflicts, parenting and family, stress, anxiety, and depression. Through supportive and confidential services, Optum’s EAP is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to all associates and household members. Optum also offers counseling for elder care support, legal and financial concerns, identity theft services, and provides many resources online.
